About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at The Workshop. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our Casino and Live Dealer products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality Strategies
    • Design and implement effective quality assurance strategies to eliminate product development issues and improve overall end-user experience.
    • Partner with business leadership and team members to identify opportunities for quality improvement.
  • Lead Quality Assurance Function
    • Manage a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
    • Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with development, product, and business teams to ensure quality assurance is integrated into the product development lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize quality assurance initiatives.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement
    • Develop and implement metrics and analysis to evaluate the quality of our products.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance with a track record of implementing effective quality strategies.
  • Leadership Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience managing functions, teams, or departments.
  • Quality Assurance Expertise
    • Demonstrated experience with development, assessment, or review of quality assurance policies, procedures, processes, and internal controls.
  • Agile Quality Assurance Principles
    • Deep understanding of how to apply agile quality assurance principles to an agile product development.
  • Leadership and Collaboration Skills
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
  • Strong Analytical Mindset
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
