Quality Assurance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at The Workshop. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our Casino and Live Dealer products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Quality Strategies
- Design and implement effective quality assurance strategies to eliminate product development issues and improve overall end-user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product standards and procedures.
- Lead Quality Assurance Function
- Manage and direct a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Partner with Business Leadership
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement quality assurance strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on quality assurance performance and progress.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in quality assurance.
- Apply this knowledge to enhance the overall quality of our products and services.
- Minimum 5 Years Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance with a track record of implementing effective quality strategies.
- Leadership and Management Skills
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team of quality assurance professionals.
- Strong Analytical and Communication Skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Industry Knowledge and Experience
- Deep understanding of the online Casino and Live Dealer industry and the importance of quality assurance in this sector.
