About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at The Workshop. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our Casino and Live Dealer products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Quality Strategies
    • Design and implement effective quality assurance strategies to eliminate product development issues and improve overall end-user experience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product standards and procedures.
  • Lead Quality Assurance Function
    • Manage and direct a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Partner with Business Leadership
    • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement quality assurance strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on quality assurance progress and metrics.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in quality assurance.
    • Apply this knowledge to enhance the overall quality of our products and services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance with a track record of implementing effective quality strategies.
  • Leadership and Management Skills
    • Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team of quality assurance professionals.
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills
    • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge and Certifications
    • Deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies in quality assurance.
    • Relevant certifications and training in quality assurance.
