Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality Assurance to lead our QA teams and drive strategy, methodology, and execution of quality assurance initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product perfection and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a company-wide QA strategy and plans aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor factors and risks affecting product quality and performance.
- Work with other departments to strengthen and improve team-related processes and engineering practices.
- Define and track key performance indicators and metrics of the department.
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the QA teams.
- Be an ambassador of QA-related practices in the organization.
- Lead and manage documenting practices within the reporting teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, quality control, or testing.
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in a QA environment.
- Familiarity with SDLC and best practices of Software Development and QA Processes.
- Agile Methodologies.
- Project Management tools such as Atlassian Jira.
- Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills.
- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.
