Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Trc Talent Solutions. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our processes and products meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Processes and Products: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory, industry, and internal quality guidelines, including ISO.
- Collect and Analyze Data: Gather accurate data and conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement Corrective Actions: Work with departments to implement corrective actions and track progress to resolution.
- Monitor and Report Metrics: Track and report key performance indicators to meet business needs.
- Prepare Reject Reports: Identify necessary information for follow-up and analyze rejects/defects for patterns of process errors.
- Provide Feedback: Offer immediate feedback to production areas concerning process deviations.
Requirements:
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with production areas and departments.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
