About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Sales Executive to join our Amazon Shipping business in Spain. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of top-tier companies in Spain, identifying opportunities, negotiating with external partners, and closing sales. You will also be responsible for collecting market insights and customer feedback to improve our product and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Contribute to the development of our overall strategy and direction, and help implement key initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, product, and tech leaders to manage our program and build a product that meets the needs of our customers.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships with key accounts, and drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our top-tier customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience: In business development, sales, and account management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and deliver results.
  • Language: Proficient in Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA: With a focus on business development, marketing, or sales.
  • Industry Experience: In the B2C logistics industry, with expertise in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
