Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist to join our team at Selectum. As a leading global provider of professional project and asset services in the energy, chemicals, and resources sector, we are looking for an individual with expertise in quantity surveying to manage all costs related to construction contracts on our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and compile data essential to the administration of contracts
  • Assist with the implementation of contracts administration procedures
  • Coordinate or monitor the completion of administrative tasks
  • Administer activities associated with contracts for services
  • Participate in and/or conduct proposal preparation
  • Contract administration
  • Customer contact activities
  • Coordinate the subcontracting activities post-award for an assigned project
  • Administrate contracts per procedures
  • Identify and advise project and supply management of (commercial) risks
  • Assist in handling of claims and disputes
  • Monitor contractor performance and delivery of services to meet objectives
  • Identify, solicit, and select reliable contractors to supply/install consultancy, specialty, and construction services to support project execution
  • Negotiate Terms Conditions
  • Prepare contracts
  • Monitor Contractor performance
  • Delivery of Services to meet objectives
  • Provide agreed approvals and supporting documentation for payment of invoices to ensure the required services to its customers
