About the Role:

As a Senior Contract Specialist at Novartis, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing commercial contracts that drive business growth and revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in contract management to make a meaningful impact on the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement contract architectures that align with Novartis' business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement contract solutions that meet the needs of customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external security and compliance policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure effective contract management and negotiation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure that contract designs and implementations are aligned with best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong functional subject matter expertise in commercial contracting processes, including contract lifecycle management, revenue management, and contract negotiation.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing contract architectures that drive business growth and revenue.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex contract data and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, with a strong understanding of contract management best practices.
