About the Role

Careerxtra is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Advisor with German language skills to join our team in Barcelona. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our services, handling contacts, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and concerns via various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, drivers, and passengers, providing clear and concise information and support.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, using internal processes and systems to provide the best possible outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German (verbal and written) and clear communication skills in English.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Soft Skills: Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
