We are a dynamic and growing company in the human resources and recruitment industry, seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates and clients, providing exceptional communication and support.
- Create, issue, and manage contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage invoices and payslips, maintaining financial records and ensuring timely payments.
- Collaborate with various departments to address financial and legal issues, promoting a cohesive and efficient work environment.
- Communicate with clients regarding contracts, onboarding, and other general queries, providing clear and concise information.
- Assist candidates with any issues or concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
Requirements:
- Native level of French and full professional proficiency in English.
- Current residence in Barcelona (NIE + SSN).
- Relevant experience in Administration and HR.
- Ability to collaborate closely with different departments.
- High communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
