About Blu Selection

We are a dynamic and growing company in the human resources and recruitment industry, seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates and clients, providing exceptional communication and support.
  • Create, issue, and manage contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage invoices and payslips, maintaining financial records and ensuring timely payments.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address financial and legal issues, promoting a cohesive and efficient work environment.
  • Communicate with clients regarding contracts, onboarding, and other general queries, providing clear and concise information.
  • Assist candidates with any issues or concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

Requirements:

  • Native level of French and full professional proficiency in English.
  • Current residence in Barcelona (NIE + SSN).
  • Relevant experience in Administration and HR.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with different departments.
  • High communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
