Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join our pre-opening team. As a key member of our HR department, you will ensure the smooth administration of HR-related tasks, support the development of our hotel culture, and foster a positive work environment that encourages the successful operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities- HR Administration
- Ensure all employee files and records are up to date and accurate.
- Manage the HRIS system, including data entry and reporting.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with managers to resolve employee relations and performance management issues.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Embed the SLS values and promote a fair, safe, and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a talent pool for succession planning.
- Support the development of employee skills and competencies through training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to HR practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR administration and employee experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
