We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post-Sales Support and Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries and issues related to products and services after the sale, providing quick and effective solutions.
- Proactive Follow-Up: Ensure comprehensive follow-up on all customer inquiries and issues until their final resolution, making follow-up calls to verify customer satisfaction.
- Maximizing Customer Satisfaction: Make reminder and follow-up calls to maximize customer satisfaction, anticipating customer needs and providing service that exceeds expectations.
- Information Management and Continuous Improvement: Update databases with relevant information about customers and their post-sales inquiries, drafting reports and generating insights to identify areas for improvement in post-sales service.
Requirements:
- Languages: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate fluently in two of the following languages: French, German, and/or Dutch.
- Flexibility: Availability to attend our offices during the training period and work in rotating shifts.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience in document management and technological platforms, as well as social media.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers to manage and resolve complaints and claims.
- Desirable Experience: Experience in Customer Service, with a high level of tolerance to frustration.
What We Offer:
- Work Modality: Initially two-month training period in the office and then 50% remote work.
- Flexible Hours: Possibility to adjust hours between 7 am and 8 pm from Monday to Saturday, and part-time work options.
