Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional eCommerce customer support through various channels including phone, chat, and email.
- Foster positive interactions and dialogues with customers.
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers utilizing comprehensive product knowledge.
- Address consumer needs and manage complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Establish and maintain rapport with customers, colleagues, and clients.
- Meet individual performance standards and contribute to team targets and service level agreements.
- Gain an understanding of client activities, campaigns, and product offerings.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance expertise and comprehension of client and contact center requirements.
What You Bring:
- Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) along with an advanced level of English.
- A service-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
- Ability to handle challenging calls with composure and professionalism.
- Open to constructive feedback and eager to enhance performance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A natural team player who values support and development.

Experience in customer service, particularly within a contact center environment is advantageous.
What We Offer:
- Contract Type: Temporary (3-month contract with a probation period).
- Work Schedule: Full-time (39 hours/week).
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
