Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding eCommerce customer support through various channels including phone, chat, and email.
- Foster positive interactions and dialogues with customers.
- Provide assistance and guidance with comprehensive product knowledge.
- Respond effectively to customer needs, addressing complaints and objections with empathy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, colleagues, and clients.
- Meet personal and quality compliance standards, contributing to overall team performance metrics.
- Understand client activities, campaigns, and product offerings.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance expertise and understanding of client and contact center requirements.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) along with advanced English proficiency.
