Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional eCommerce customer support through various channels including phone, chat, and email.
- Engage in positive interactions with customers, fostering a welcoming dialogue.
- Provide assistance and guidance to customers, utilizing comprehensive product knowledge.
- Address customer needs and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and clients.
- Meet individual performance targets while contributing to team objectives.
- Gain insights into client activities, campaigns, and product offerings.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of client and contact center requirements.
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) along with advanced English proficiency.
- A service-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve high-quality consumer service.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging interactions.
- Openness to feedback and a desire for continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A natural team player who is eager to support and develop within the organization.

Experience in customer service, particularly within a contact center environment is advantageous.
What We Offer:
- Contract duration: Temporary (3 months) with a probation period.
- Full-time position (39 hours/week).
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
