Booking Services Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert in navigating our booking environments and addressing stakeholder inquiries regarding bugs, missing content, and new product launches. Oversee aspects of operational health measurement, alerting, and incident reporting. Serve as an incident manager when necessary for significant outages and product issues. Collaborate with vendor partners to report issues and develop solutions. Establish requirements for new product launches to ensure benchmarks are achieved. Manage inquiries from company stakeholders through an intake process and document reported bugs. Partner with product and engineering teams to devise solutions for known bugs, create tickets for reporting, and test fixes post-implementation. Conduct tests in the application environment when new content or products are introduced. Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and configurations. Adapt as necessary to support operational tasks in an ad-hoc capacity.Minimum Qualifications

Experience in the travel sector, particularly in air travel, is highly advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. At least 2 years of experience in Product Operations collaborating with Product and Engineering teams. In-depth knowledge of air shopping and booking providers (Sabre, Travelport, Amadeus, NDC, SPRK, ARC, BSP). Familiarity with operational tools such as Jira, Confluence, Amplitude, Datadog, and Google Sheets. Experience with SQL is a plus.Perks & Benefits
