We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial sector, including products, market operations, and portfolio valuation. They will also have knowledge of technical aspects, such as architecture, security, back-end, and front-end development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the best solution to connect the needs and requirements of all parties. They will analyze the environment, identifying processes to review, create, or eliminate. They will also be responsible for managing the project backlog throughout its life cycle.
The tasks of the Business Analyst Specialist will include:
- Coordinating with the Product Owner to analyze the functional requirements of the software.
- Identifying stakeholders who must participate in the collection of information and requirements, and in the validation of functional documents.
- Identifying third-party providers involved in the software construction process and meeting with them if necessary to incorporate information into functional documents.
- Planning the process of collecting requirements with the client and convening and directing sessions.
- Coordinating with the UX/UI team to align the functional definition with the design.
- Participating with junior analysts in the preparation of documentation and ensuring its quality.
- Defining the backlog with the Product Owner, identifying epics, features, and user stories that represent the project's objective.
- Verifying that user stories are complete in their definition, describing the functional solution with acceptance criteria.
- Ensuring the correct realization of sign-offs, both at the operational level and guaranteeing that all stakeholders involved sign off.
- Avoiding exceptions and unhappy paths in acceptance criteria.
