Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team at Macopharma. As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing equipment malfunctions and estimating repair times
  • Drawing up quotations for customers
  • Repairing equipment and documenting repair reports
  • Preparing equipment for delivery and checking measuring tools
  • Managing spare parts inventory and reporting any issues
  • Recording and communicating equipment performance issues and recurring breakdowns
  • Providing technical support via a customer hotline

Requirements

  • Technical background with at least 2 years' experience in technical services for medical equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and filing skills
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, electronic diagrams, and wiring diagrams
  • English language proficiency (2- Niveau professionnel)
