As a Technical Sales Specialist at Copeland, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing pre- and post-sales support, driving account strategy, and aligning Emerson's offerings to meet customer needs in collaboration with subject matter experts and industry leaders.

Key responsibilities include actively promoting and selling business, identifying and qualifying strategic project opportunities, developing project pursuit strategies, and maintaining a high level of knowledge about technologies and products.

You will also participate in customer development activities, such as presentations, trade shows, and conferences, and proactively collaborate with colleagues and other related teams.

Additionally, you will qualify other products and solutions to maximize scope and build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

Required qualifications include a STEM degree or comparable technical education, at least years of relevant experience working with automation projects, extensive sales experience in the technical industry, and English and Spanish language proficiency.

Preferred qualifications include experience working in a matrix organization and instrumentation technical knowledge.
