Service Delivery Manager

Sabio Group is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our Support department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional contact center services to our clients, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality contact center services to clients, meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs.
- Lead and manage a team of technical experts to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise on complex Managed Services deals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and retention.
- Strong understanding of Managed Services financial performance, staff utilization, and cost of service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with contact center technologies, including Genesys Cloud platform.
- Knowledge of operations management methodologies, such as ITIL.
