Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead the sales of Oracle Cloud Applications across their territory in the large-enterprise segment, ensuring excellence in sales management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.
- Generate and achieve monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predict revenue on a monthly basis.
- Manage escalation and conduct weekly progress meetings with sales team.
- Build working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans.
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
