Join our vibrant Customer Care team to enhance the onboarding experience for our Italian clients.As a Customer Care Onboarding Specialist at Penta, you will:
- Assist Italian clients through the account setup process, ensuring a seamless onboarding journey.
- Maintain a high conversion rate for account openings while adhering to compliance regulations.
- Contribute to sustaining or improving our impressive customer satisfaction scores.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and enhancing client communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for refining our onboarding practices.
- Work in a dynamic, rapidly evolving fintech environment, supporting influential clients.

About You:
Experience: You possess a background in customer service, ideally within the financial sector.
Languages: Proficient in Italian and English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
