We are a global team that values diversity and equal opportunities. Our Business Partner Master Data team supports BASF's Shared Service Organization and Divisions in maintaining efficient processes and applications for global Business Partner and related master data.
Responsibilities
As a key member of our product team, you will play a crucial role in consulting, designing, and implementing solutions for Business Partner master data applications. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to align functional and process requirements, translate them into IT language, and prepare designs and approaches for implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and implement solutions for Business Partner master data applications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
- Develop and configure high-quality components and solutions using design and coding best practices
- Foster digitalization and automation of Business Partner master data maintenance throughout the DevOps cycle
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in relevant Business/IT studies
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- High level of expertise in Business Partner SAP Master Data on SAP S/4HANA, including SAP Master Data Governance
- Experience in Object Oriented SAP ABAP and SAP Webdynpro
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
Experience in SAP Business Partner and/or S/4 will be an additional advantage. Experience working in agile with a DevOps mindset and Scrum knowledge are also appreciated.
