**Job Summary**
HP is seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our order fulfillment team, you will be responsible for managing customer backlogs, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Backlog Management: Manage customer/partner backlogs to ensure timely delivery of orders within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and business needs.
- Order Fulfillment: Review backlog tools daily, take actions to bring delayed orders back in contractual HP SLAs, and provide backlog analysis and summary reports to customers and account teams.
- Claims and Exceptions Management: Manage all claims, exceptions, and special requests in the area of Customer Operations, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with agreed procedures/policies.
- Financial and Revenue Management: Ensure all orders are invoiced and closed in systems, minimize field inventory through constant analysis, and help maximize revenue on accounts.
- Communication and E2E Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, driving customer engagement through timely and accurate feedback, and providing consultancy and guidance on order management cycles.
