Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist, you will be part of our HQ team in Barcelona and will be responsible for ensuring the performance of our operations exceeds contractual agreements. You will onboard and support SMB clients of our B2B charger management software solution, coordinate and track end-to-end order to cash activities, and conduct regular check-ins and health assessments to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage CPO software services to ensure operational performance exceeds contractual agreements.
- Onboard and support SMB clients of our B2B charger management software solution.
- Coordinate and track end-to-end order to cash activities, including reporting, invoicing, and payments.
- Conduct regular check-ins and health assessments to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to serve as the voice of the customer within the company.
- 4+ years of proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Specialist/Manager or similar positions.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with an understanding of defining, measuring, and improving customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities, with knowledge of SQL/Python or equivalent to process data and enable decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Solid understanding of customer engagement strategies, with the ability to support sales/business development efforts and contribute to revenue growth.
- Good understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM desired.
- Native French speaker with a good command of English.
