Over 8 years ago, EIMS started a long-term engagement with a Canadian, global leader in Cyber Security Software. Their product provides organisations with software to secure IoT devices, products, and data. The project has been successful, and the team is growing, hence why we're looking for an Inside Sales Specialists focused on selling security software across The Netherlands & Belgium to SMBs and occasionally - large enterprises.

This role offers many opportunities for upward career growth. EIMS esteemed management team provide training programs enabling professional and personal development to impart relevant skills and prepares you for the next stage which can also include relocation to one (or more) of our offices globally if that’s what you want; Bournemouth, Miami or Auckland.

- Year 1 on-target earnings €55,000
- Starting salary of €35,000 per year base
- Yearly performance bonus of €5,000 paid quarterly
- On target commissions €15,000 (_uncapped + accelerators_)
- Permanent contract + 28 days of paid time off with an additional permanent day off for each year of service with a cap of 32 days off (_inclusive of bank holidays_).
- Up to 4 days additional temporary paid days off per year.

- Hybrid work set up from our Barcelona hub located in Poble Nou on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- Work from home on Mondays & Fridays.
- Work with cross-cultural teams in Bournemouth, Miami, Auckland, Durban & Davao.

**About the role**

Our sales team's mission is to drive end-to-end net new business software sales, managing customers (SMBs & enterprise level accounts) through the subscription sales process. Including finding pipeline, delivering demo’s, managing/closing procurement processes and driving adoption and/or expansion.

**Responsibilities**
- Run the sales process from start to end with an emphasis on hunting for new business opportunities.
- Forecasting and account profiling in CRM - SFDC, Lausha, LinkedIn, Zoominfo.
- Act as a resource by providing exceptional customer service through answering questions and resolving subscription issues
- Create proposals in CRM and follow up with customers
- Consistently utilize CRM tools to track and manage activity, forecast business and process orders
- Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in purchased software, utilize all their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent level in Dutch with good English. Spanish is not required for this role.
- At least 1 year of B2B software sales experience
- Experience with end to end sales (from hunting for new leads to receiving the PO)
- We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen
