**Responsibilities Include**
- Meet with Tempo teams to explain various partner-related sales processes
- Maintain SFDC data integrity for all partner related transactions in Salesforce
- Assist with travel arrangements and provide collateral when needed
- Cross-functional engagement with multiple teams including Sales, Sales Engineering, Operations, Legal and Finance
- Salesforce reporting and SFDC Dashboard maintenance - Responsible for user acceptance testing on new processes
- Improve upon existing partner Sales and Sales Operations processes

- Minimum of 3 years work experience preferred within a Sales Assistant or other Operational role
- University degree preferred
- Understanding of partner-bound sales processes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and explain complex processes in a simplified way
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM/sales systems.
- Proficient using Excel (VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, Pivot Tables, SUMIF), Powerpoint and Google Apps
- Organized, self-motivated and adaptable, with a professional attitude
- Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills across multiple communication mediums
- Comfortable working with Sales Leadership and Cross-functional teams
