**What do you have to offer?**
- +4 years experience in similar roles.
- Ambitious and self-motivated person who is willing to achieve the highest quality in your work.
- Creative and confident communication skills and open to feedback and development.
- Consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas within specified time frames.
- Self-directed person with a track record of successful, measurable customer follow-up and sales development at multiple leadership levels in an organization.
- Strong ability to attract and qualify opportunities, handle objections, and manage time.
- Perseverance for overcoming rejection and maintaining resilience, you relentlessly pursues opportunities, turning setbacks into stepping stones towards achieving robust lead generation and business growth.
- Experience with cold call structuring, call control, and pitching.
- Experience with using social selling tools like Google and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to work in a high-energy and fast-paced sales team.
- Positive and energetic phone skills, good listening skills, good writing skills. Fluent in English, C1 level minimum.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
- **Customized Messaging**: Craft compelling and tailored messaging to resonate with diverse international markets.
- **Pipeline Contribution**: Generate a consistent and robust pipeline of qualified leads to support sales targets.
- **Performance Metrics**:Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation activities.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Provide feedback on lead generation processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- **International Networking**: Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers, partners, and key stakeholders globally.
