**Service Manager for ECS Service Center**:
As a Service Manager in ECS Delivery Center, you will be end to end accountable for the overall management of the assigned managed services. This includes the relations with the current providers and focus on the operational excellence with improvement of the customer experience. In Addition, you will also take over all the activities around Disaster Recoveries ensuring that all compliance and technical requirements are covered.
**Tasks and responsibilities**:
- Support, enhance and further develop the existing managed services.
- Communicate and maintain good relations with current providers.
- Monitor performance and KPI’s.
- Drive continuous improvement for the respective services.
- Be the SPoC for escalations to the respective vendor.
- Plan and execute Disaster Recovery activities
- Background in IT Infrastructure for different Data Center technologies.
- Manage Datacenter in the area
***Requirements**:
- Degree in Computer Science or similar with focus on IT Infrastructure.
- At least 5 years of Experience supporting global IT Infrastructure Environments.
- Strong knowledge in Service Management.
- Strong customer and service orientation, with excellent communication skills.
- Team oriented.
- Solid understanding of Linux, Windows, Vmware operating systems, SAN, NAS, and Backup infrastructure in a highly available environment
- Eagerness to grow by demonstrating an always learning culture
- Excellent spoken and written English.
