**Purpose of Role**
- A Vendor Management Analyst role within the Vendor Management Operations (VMO) Team. VMO is part of Group Procurement & Vendor Management (GPVM) and sits within the Group Finance function.
- The primary purpose of the role is to support the overall management of PageGroup's technology vendors, with key activities including accurate and timely processing of purchase orders, administrative tasks associated with the end to end purchasing process, document administration.
- The role is an ideal opportunity for further exposure within vendor management, procurement and finance.

Vendor Management Analyst - Fluent English - PageGroup SSC will be responsible for:

- Purchasing - raising purchase orders, tracking spend and closure in line with signed contracts
- Invoice processing in line with signed contracts - invoice escalation
- Proactive and real time communication to both vendors and internal PageGroup stakeholders
- Contract repository management
- Vendor analytics, research and reporting
- Contract & PO renewals tracking
- Support stakeholders for problems with vendors
- Onboarding of new vendors to agreed standards and offboarding of vendors
- Other vendor management or procurement related tasks deemed necessary by line management

Vendor Management Analyst - Fluent English - PageGroup SSC requires:
**Qualifications**

No formal qualifications required for this role although the following is preferred:

- Previous experience working with suppliers would be an advantage
- Previous experience with a global purchasing system is desired but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of MS Office suite
