Inside Sales Account Manager

We are looking for an **Inside Sales Account Manager** to cover the **DACH region**, who will be working on a hybrid model from our vibrant Barcelona Hub.
This role offers many opportunities for upward mobility. EIMS' esteemed management training program provides personal development courses to impart relevant skills. It prepares you for the next stage which can also include relocation to one (or more) of our offices globally if that’s what you want, Barcelona, the UK, Miami, Davao, South Africa or Auckland.
**About the role**
You will be working with AI-driven security solution that aims to protect IoT devices, products, and data. Your team’s mission is to drive end-to-end net new business sales, managing customers through the security software subscription sales process. Including finding pipelines, delivering demos, managing/closing procurement processes, and driving adoption and/or expansion.
**Responsibilities**
- Run the sales process from start to end with an emphasis on hunting for new business opportunities as well as following up with existing accounts.
- Average deal size $10,000 - $15,000 with up to **$140,000 **sales target per quarter.
**- Sourcing high-quality pipeline through outbound lead generation.**
**- Progressing deals through our channel partners.**
- Forecasting and account profiling in CRM - SFDC, Lausha, LinkedIn, Zoominfo.
- Act as a main point of contact for your customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in purchased software, utilize all their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint.

**Requirements**:
- You are a proven hunter and are not afraid to source pipeline yourself through outbound calling, this is where you find the largest deals, BDR experience is an advantage.
- You are excited to work with channel partners and progress deals these bring to you.
- First language**:German + Excellent proficiency in English.**
- Being able to work on a hybrid model from our Barcelona office + NIE & SS is a must.
- We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen.
