Role:
En Clip estamos buscando un Merchant Acquisition Executive, Field Sales para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Queremos a un rockstar en Ventas como tú En este nuevo reto, serás responsable de la adquisición de clientes (Merchants) dentro del segmento de Middle Market; darás seguimiento a todas las etapas del ciclo de ventas (360°), desde generación de Leads, contacto en frío, negociación y cierre con tus Merchants, lo cual afianzará nuestro principal objetivo: promover la inclusión financiera
Nível de Educación y Experiência:
- Licenciatura, deseable en: Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Economía, Negocios Internacionales, o afín. - Mandatorio: Generación de Leads desde cero /prospección en frío, negociación, manejo de objeciones y cierre de ventas.
- **Experiência en ciclos de venta cortos (entre 3 y 4 semanas, desde contacto inicial hasta cierre).**
- **Experiência: 1-2 años en Ventas B2B (adquisición de clientes), prospección y negociación.**
- Manejo de Office / Google (drive, Docs, Sheets, etc).
- Manejo CRM.
Principales **Responsabilidades**:
- Cierre de negociaciones dirigidas al segmento de Middle Market, a través de venta consultiva en campo.
- Venta consultiva. Identificar necesidades y oportunidades en el mercado para detectar clientes potenciales de Clip Empresas.
- Ventas “Door to Door”
- Proporcionar seguimiento y asesoría a clientes potenciales y cautivos.
- Negociación con clientes B2B que generen relaciones de ganar-ganar.
- Seguimiento diario del funnel de ventas a través del CRM. (Llamadas, correos, reuniones, propuestas, etc).
- Alcanzar o exceder el 100% de los KPIs del rol.
- Aseguramiento de la activación de las cuentas adquiridas, impulsando transacciones.
Habilidades Técnicas:
- Ejecución prospección y negociación.
- Manejo de CRMs (Salesforce deseable)
- Uso de herramientas Windows y G-Suite.
- Ejecución y gestión de agenda acorde a objetivos mensuales
- Capacidad de negociación y cierre de ventas
- Adaptación al cambio en un ambiente dinámico.
- Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Identificación de clientes potenciales.
