Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proven work experience as a Regional sales manager.
- Possess leadership skills and the ability to work with a team.
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Availability to travel as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Lead Regional sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Develop effective sales strategy and ensure its timely implementation.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Monitor cost in relation to prevailing competition, and if necessary adjust the price of selling.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Liaise with Production departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Responsible for the sales target achievement of Area Managers.
