Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Product Proposals and Presentations: Effectively present the features and benefits of our products to customers, including OA equipment parts and LCD-related components.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and information to identify new business opportunities.
  • Order Management and Follow-Up: Manage the order process and respond to customer requests regarding delivery times and quality.
  • Provide Technical Support: Address technical inquiries related to products and meet customer needs effectively.
  • Report Monthly Sales Results: Implement strategies to meet assigned sales goals and report on progress.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with production and technical teams to provide optimal solutions for customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Japanese Language Skills: At least N2 level for Japanese is required.
  • Experience: Experience with sales in a manufacturing company is required.
  • Willingness to Work Onsite: Willingness to work onsite is preferred.
