Tu misión será contribuir al crecimiento de la Cadena y a la unidad de negocio, mediante la negociación, captación, recaptación y mantenimiento de clientes actuales y potenciales, de acuerdo con las políticas y objetivos comerciales fijados desde la Dirección del Hotel y Comercial, así como el control y seguimiento del conjunto de tareas que se desarrollan en el departamento comercial.

**Tus funciones principales serán**:

- Organizar y controlar las tareas relacionadas con los diferentes eventos que se producen en el hotel, elaborando las órdenes de servicios, supervisando aspectos de montaje, decoración, identificando las necesidades del cliente con anticipación, y evaluando su nível de satisfacción.
- Actualizar las bases de datos de clientes existentes y elaborar nuevas según necesidades.
- Gestionar la comunicación interna entre todos los departamentos participantes del evento.
- Controlar y hacer que los objetivos y presupuestos aprobados para el hotel sean cumplidos dentro del espíritu de las normas, procedimientos y valores éticos de la Empresa.
- Relación con las marcas colaboradoras de la marca y de cada hotel, desde el briefing hasta la implementación/ejecución del evento.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con los medios y supervisar acciones con agencias.
- Apoyar al departamento de marketing en la organización de eventos.
- Desarrollar agenda de actividades y búsqueda de patrocinios.
- Control de las cuentas comerciales del hotel, detectar clientes potenciales y evitar pérdida de cuentas ya captadas.
- Apoyo al departamento de F&B en los aspectos comerciales (supervisión de cartas, cambios de cartas, apoyo en reservas de grupos, etc.).

**Requisitos**:
**Para tener un buen encaje, deberás aportar**:

- Grado en Turismo/Organización de Eventos.
- Experiência previa de al menos 3 años.
- Nível alto de inglés.
