Property Sales Executive

We are working with a leading Telecommunications company looking to recruit a Spanish speaking Property sales professional to assume the role of Site Acquisition Consultant and join their team in Malága.
Location: Malága, Spain
Work model: Hybrid after the training - 2 days a week from home, 3 days a week at the office. The training is fully on-site.
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + commissions.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Searching for suitable EV locations and identifying potential landlords
- Completing site visits by travelling to identified locations and capturing geospatial data and visual reports
- Successfully signing lease agreements with landlords through negotiating terms
- Maintaining up-to-date information in our custom software
- Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Professionally fluent level of Spanish with fluency in English
- Ability to travel throughout the country for business
- Sales or negotiations experience
- Great communication skills
- Computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
