For our Engagement Center in the city center of Barcelona we are looking for a
- **Dutch or German speaking**
Customer Service Team Leader
You will lead a team of 10-15 advisors overseeing and securing both the quality and efficiency level of the work as well as the knowledge level of the team members.
- We are mainly working on-site but putting to place a hybrid working model allowing work from home 1-2 days per week. Engagement Center is open 7 days per week, evening & weekend shifts rotating between the Team Leads.**What you'll do**
- Coach and guide a team of advisors- Evaluate work results and performance on an individual, group, and market level- Identify training needs and execute some training modules, on both a group & individual level (in collaboration with the EC trainer)- Secure the onboarding and offboarding processes- Support and coordinate administrative and global initiatives/tasks upon request- Join in local and global projects- Perform advisor tasks to stay up to date regarding customer queries**What you should have**
- Experience in a Customer Service leadership role in a call center environment and the right attitude required to run the daily operations- Native in Dutch or German and fluent in English**Working for Lynk & Co**
