About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of customer service advisors in a dynamic and innovative company. As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and efficiency of the team's work, as well as the knowledge level of the team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and guide a team of advisors to achieve exceptional customer service results
  • Evaluate work results and performance on an individual, group, and market level
  • Identify training needs and execute training modules to enhance team performance
  • Secure the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing team members
  • Support and coordinate administrative and global initiatives/tasks as needed
  • Perform advisor tasks to stay up-to-date on customer queries and provide expert guidance to the team
Requirements
  • Experience in a Customer Service leadership role in a call center environment
  • Native-level proficiency in Swedish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and manage escalations
