Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to lead our team of customer service advisors. As a key member of our Engagement Center, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and efficiency of our customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and guide a team of customer service advisors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Evaluate work results and performance on an individual, group, and market level to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify training needs and execute training modules to enhance team performance.
- Secure the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing team members.
- Support and coordinate administrative and global initiatives to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform advisor tasks to stay up-to-date on customer queries and provide expert guidance to the team.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service leadership role in a call center environment.
- Native-level proficiency in Swedish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide constructive feedback, manage escalations, and communicate strategy effectively.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive annual gross salary of between €24,000 and €60,000, depending on experience. Our company values science-based and fair assessment methods to ensure we place the right people in the right roles.
