Customer Services Team Leader
Descripción:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Services Team Leader to manage, lead, and supervise our customer support team. The successful candidate will organise the tasks of the working group and provide guidance to team members when necessary. You will be responsible for proposing actions to enhance service improvement and monitoring the performance and effectiveness of the team to ensure that all parameters are met in terms of external and internal targets, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsabilidades principales:
Coordinate, Supervise, and Organise:
Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the customer support team.
Ensure efficient and effective management of team tasks and responsibilities.
Performance Monitoring:
Conduct daily follow-ups on the team's actions and service incidents.
Monitor team performance and be accountable for execution and achievement of set targets.
Service Improvement:
Implement strategies to optimise procedures and enhance team motivation.
Improve customer satisfaction through the delivery of higher quality services.
Decision Making:
Make informed decisions, especially during unforeseen events.
Provide decisive leadership to guide the team in uncertain situations.
Anticipate Needs and Challenges:
Identify and address potential shortages, replacements, and service issues.
Ensure technicians are adequately trained and prepared to deliver top-notch service.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
Effective decision-making skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
Ability to anticipate and solve problems proactively.
High level of motivation and the ability to inspire the same in team members.
