We are seeking an experienced and dynamic** Agency Partnership Manager** to join our European Sales team The team is responsible for the relationships with key advertisers, advertising, and media agencies in the region.

**What you’ll do**:

- Drive incremental and new business revenue with top agencies
- Build relationships and educate agencies to master the KAIKAI lock screen ad solutions and maximize success for their partners
- Continually keep agencies updated with new KAIKAI lock screen ad offerings so they can present new offerings to clients
- Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to agency relationships
- Work cross-functionally to help Cosmose IA build a world-class innovative advertising solution.

**What you’ll need**:

- 7-10 years of digital advertising agency and agency sales experience, working specifically with performance advertising products
- Experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations with a customer focus
- Proven track record of managing revenue pipeline with forward-looking predictability
- An independent, business-focused creative thinker who is excited to work with leading agency and technology partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of Ad Tech industry and DSPs is a plus
- Ability to celebrate both Success & Failure - rejoicing in the wins but also reflecting, learning & improving proactively when there are setbacks
