Responsibilities: Revenue ManagementDevelop strategic, sustainable partnerships across key agency partners in SpainIdentify areas of incremental spend and blockers across the entire agency book of businessPartner closely with Head of Trading to negotiate and execute Agency trading agreementsHold agencies accountable on revenue attainment in line with agreementsSupport resolution of blockers faced by advertiser sales teams with agenciesAgency Enablement: Develop and launch enablement programs including, but not limited to marketing, measurement, insights, upskilling, and intelligence sharing across all agency stakeholdersEstablish media and beyond-media strategic partnershipsSupport agencies in developing new revenue streams through TikTok servicesEcosystem Partnership: Identify potential market partners that can enable TikTok's exponential growthEstablish and oversee strategic partnerships including coordination with internal company stakeholdersCreate partnership best practices that can be shared across other geographiesLeadership: Lead on people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance managementRepresent company in key industry events relevant for the Agency / Media landscapeQualifications Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated track record of leading Sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue goalsStrong leadership and excellent communication skills; ability to build, lead and develop a high calibre sales teamExperience in Media, Advertising, ideally with a focus on digital and programmatic sales.Fluency in Spanish and English is a mustPreferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Spain agency eco system and advertising marketExisting network across Big 6 and major indie agencies in SpainSelf-starter, fast learner with a start-up spiritAbility to work in and navigate a global matrix organizationTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
