Don't do that Nice to e-meet you We are ambi.Careers, a talent marketplace and dedicated recruitment agency, designed to connect non-tech professionals with exciting job opportunities in startups, scaleups, and innovative tech companies.The Role:We are looking for a super creative and ambitious business developer, ideally with some startup or recruitment experience, to identify and prospect new accounts, network at startup events, analyze market trends, and support the launch of our new recruitment solution.Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies.Help develop and coordinate the sales team to achieve targets.Maintain client relationships and manage communications.Improve and operate our referral and partnerships program.Profile:Strong communication skills.Experience within the recruitment world (not mandatory).Basic understanding of sales principles.Enthusiastic and goal-oriented mindset.Hands-on execution mindset.Relevant experience in entrepreneurship, strategic consultancy, SaaS sales, etc.Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).Based and legal in Portugal.Why us?
