**The Role**
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team, working in partnership with a global drinks company across multiple brands and social/digital projects. The ideal candidate will be a social-native Project Manager who can ensure the smooth running of ongoing projects end-to-end.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage projects from beginning to end, ensuring clear communication on milestones, deliverables, deadlines, and resources.
- Plan projects from initial stages through to final delivery, owning timings and deadlines.
- Partner with Resource Management to plan resources for project delivery.
- Continuously assess working methods and processes, making recommendations for improvement.
- Review project resources and provide analysis on whether they meet project demands.
- Ensure key Service Level Agreements are met by all parties involved.
- Oversee project financial budgets, notifying account teams of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending, and cost changes.
**Requirements**
- Fluency in English language.
- Exceptional project management skills, with overall responsibility for the successful initiation of the project plan and execution with stakeholders.
- The ability to develop and put forward the best process in tackling data gathering and storing.
**What We Offer**
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a cross-discipline team, delivering projects on time and to a high quality. You will work directly with client stakeholders representing Southern Europe markets, and be part of a hybrid set-up, working on-site at client offices up to two days a week and from home the others.
