Business Development Manager
**About the role**
We are looking for a
**Business Development Manager** to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Spain who will be responsible Developing Business at the Data Center Business Unit.
**Principal Accountabilities**
- ** Growing & Developing The partner Community**
- Hunt for new partnerships.
- Proactively calls and engages potential new and established partners to grow sales for assigned Vendors / Technologies.
- Rebuilds underpenetrated and neglected partner relationships.
- Develop the knowledge in the partner community.
- ** Demand Generation**
- Drives sales growth through building new partner relationships.
- Focus on calling and engaging with new partners to grow our business within the Business Unit.
- Leverages Arrow and vendor programs and promotions to progress a transaction through the sales cycle.
- Signs on new partners to the Arrow network.
- ** Partner Support**
- Manages vendor special pricing programs including submissions for pricing request and any data or program dependencies, tracking requests for approval.
- Develop the knowledge in the partner community concerning Vendor products, Solutions, campaigns, and channel program.
- Processes quotes for specified customers and/or quote revisions for mass price changes, program changes or part changes.
- Prepare orders, from quote work if applicable, for submission based on receipt of the customers' purchase orders ensuring that all required information for accurate processing is included.

- Experience in sales.
- Business Development and Sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent organization and creativity skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Public speaking and/or presentation skills.
- Strong assessment/prioritization skills.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to create positive impressions with customers, business partners and staff.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Programs (Excel, Power BI, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).
- Some knowledge of Navision or any other ERP.
- College experience helpful (preferably in business, marketing, sales or similar major).
- Native or Proficient Spanish speaker and good level of English.
