demostrable, para realizar en la empresa, entre otras, las FUNCIONES de: Crear relaciones
significativas con los clientes tras el proceso de post-venta, con el fin de convertirte el/la mejor amiga
de los clientes. Onboarding de clientes para enseñarlos a utilizar la plataforma y compartir best
practices. Detectar necesidades de up-sellings y cross-sellings además de renovar y aumentar la cuenta
una vez finalizado el proceso de formación. Comunicar las necesidades de los clientes al equipo de
producto para seguir creando soluciones que aporten valor. Gestionar la cartera de clientes y hacer que
su experiência durante la formación sea la mejor posible. Job requirements.
TITULACION: ADE/GRADO MEDIO ADMINISTRACIÓN/ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE.
REQUISITOS: INFORMATICA: nível usuario. IDIOMAS: INGLÉS NIVEL B1.
SE OFRECE CONTRATO INDEFINIDO A JORNADA COMPLETA.
