IT Admin Technician
We are looking for an IT Admin Technician, customer, process and result oriented, ready to play a very active and key role in the IT HUB Spain by providing support on the IT HUB processes, tools, events and communications.
Duties & Responsibilities
- IT HUB processes documentation, training and improvement with main focus on externals management
- IT HUB tools maintenance under the concept of citizen developer (Salesforce)
- IT HUB communication channels coordination and maintenance: Teams/MyBI, etc.
- Event Management for IT HUB events and big Barcelona events from corporate
- Onboarding and offboarding for externals contractors
- Support IT colleagues with few admin tasks related with onboardings, IT trainings, subscriptions, purchase orders and/or contracts
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Administration, marketing, comunication or comparable.
- Experience in similar positions
- Excellent knowledge on MS Office tools and process optimitation and automation.
- Excellent communication skills in English on a professional level
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive, team player, good communication skills, results oriented and learning agility.
