Our expertise includes full service-capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.Join Our Team as a IT Support TechnicianAbout this roleAs part of our IT team you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.The IT Support Technician is responsible for is part of the IT team and will work according to company policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements.The primary task of the IT Support Technician is to deliver IT support to end users and administration of IT systems.Key Responsibilities:Provide first-line IT support by telephone and e-mailProvide on-site support during office hoursSupport and troubleshooting for applications and systems following systemsAssist with system administration for IT infrastructure and back-end systemsQualifications: (Max 5-6)Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferredMinimum 2 years relevant work experience in IT supportGood verbal and written communication skillsMust possess excellent customer service skillsProven skills in understanding of Active DirectoryManaging GPOAdvanced troubleshooting of endpointsDocumentation skillsWhat We OfferWe provide a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a rewarding environment.
