**Join Our Team as a** **IT Support Technician**
**About this role**
- As part of our _**_IT _**_team you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals._
**The IT Support Technician** **is responsible for is part of the IT team and will work according to company policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
The primary task of the IT Support Technician is to deliver IT support to end users and administration of IT systems.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide on-site support during office hours
- Assist with system administration for IT infrastructure and back-end systems
**Qualifications: (Max 5-6)**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in IT support
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Proven skills in understanding of Active Directory
- Managing GPO
- Advanced troubleshooting of endpoints
- Documentation skills
