**HR Technician - Barcelona**:
For our client, we are looking for an HR Technician with Advanced level on English, to improve HR functions, ensuring both operational excellence and an engaging, inclusive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Employee Relations and Engagement**: Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
- ** Compliance and Policy Administration**: Ensure all HR practices comply with local and national regulations. Keep abreast of legal changes affecting HR, update company policies accordingly, and communicate these changes effectively to the workforce.
- ** HR Administration**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, manage payroll processing, and handle benefits administration. Utilize HR systems for efficient management of employee data.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Admin. role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English (C1 level or above) and proficient in Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of local employment laws and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
